without internet
A big storm hit us just as we were getting home on Sunday. Within
literally a minute of us pulling into the garage, we heard a big pop
and crack. Lighting struck a tree near our house!
We went to the front porch to watch this fast and furious storm. The
tornado warning siren went off. Thankfully we did not experience one.
And thank God we did not lose electric unlike hundreds of thousand
residents of metro Detroit. However, we are on day 2 of having no
internet connection. So, I haven’t gotten any work done (not good) or
emails answered.
On the bright side…
I am getting the 3rd bedroom (aka the “junk room”) cleaned out. But
still, being without internet is like torture!
Oh! And my diet… yea… can we talk about that another day?

A day without internet is really something…this may sound corny but the feeling is similar to helplessness. I feel empty whenever I do not have an internet connection. Quite the same feeling I have when I was out and left my cell phone at home.
