I’m Not So Dumb


Whew!! I spent most of today wracking my brain trying to figure out how to set up email on a MAC. Turns out that there was something wrong with my hosting’s mailserver.

I kept sending myself test emails. But when sending it within the server (i.e. my bulk group email addy to my personal email addy) I’d always receive the email. But if I sent it from my gmail or yahoo account, I wouldn’t get it. So I sent in a support ticket.

Turns out the mailserver was working fine but not the receive/send protocols. They restarted the servers and viola! Email started filtering slowly in.

I’m now getting email like I should. It feels good not to be as dumb as I thought! :lol:
