Winter Storm #4 Photo Series
This week’s assignment is Seasons. A photo that clearly shows what season you are in. The snow storm last Wednesday provided an excellent opportunity to capture some winter images. With the exception of the 1st two photos, all were shot on Oakland University campus. Help me pick the best photo of the bunch! You can click on the photos to view a larger size.)
#1 Snow Storm #4 - This was shot the day the storm started. This tree is actually in my neighbor’s yard.
#2 Forever Christmas - Taken on Thursday, these were on the land of a church where we have our 4H meetings.
#3 Winter Roads - I have no idea where this dirt road leads to. This is on OU’s campus.
#4 Meadow Brook Hall - Meadow Brook Hall, located on OU’s campus, is the 4th largest house museum in the United States. Quite beautiful!
#5 White Fence - This white fence on OU looks nice during any season. Here it is against freshly fallen white snow. The snow was as white as the fence nearly. During the spring when the grass is really green, this white fence makes a crisp clean scene.
#6 Fields of OU - Here is a larger scene that includes that white fence. It really is a beautiful campus.

Great pics. Unfortunately I’m going to be able to take some snow pics this very afternoon…

Nice photos! Hope you’re keeping warm where you are.
We’re having a really cold spell (for a change) and it’s fine with me. Wouldn’t want it to stay TOO long, though.

I was intrigued by them all, but Winter Roads appealed to me because it reminds me of my favorite Robert Frost poem. Wonderful photography!
