Thank you Carrier Fairy!

In case you don’t know what Carrier Fairy is, I’ll start with a little background.

I am active in an awesome online community at TheBabyWearer.com. It is a forum where mommas (and dads) from around the world gather to discuss wearing our babies as a beneficial and healthy part of our baby’s first years. It is a rapidly growing yet still tight knit community. We don’t just talk about wearing our babies but other (usually but not always) natural/attachment parenting issues as well as fun topics like latest movies or news events are discussed.

TBW is more than just connecting online. We help each other out via the Carrier Angel - anonymous donations of money or carriers to moms in need. We also like to have a bit of fun by giving to each other through the Carrier Fairy forum. It’s kind of like Secret Santa. We post ridiculous ILO (In Lust Of) lists for different baby carriers (and now other baby-related items) we’d love to own. We get matched up with someone else on the forum and gift giving begins!

The thrill of watching someone get excited over something you picked out just for them is better than receiving a gift yourself! But, I can’t share what I got my fairee but I can definitely share what *I* got today from my Carrier Fairy!!!

A Winter AngelPack Mei Tai!

It is sooooooooo cuddly, soft, warm, and wintery. The Winter AngelPack has a soft pile faux sherpa and a 4.6 X 4 inch snow flake embroidered on the front. It’s made of a light weight indigo denim, the contrasting white stitching to match the snowflake and the inner side of the carrier.

We are sure to stay warm in this awesome mei tai!! Thank you my special Carrier Fairy!!
